Safeer is a Trainee Solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial team. He studied Law at the University of Manchester before completing the Legal Practice Course LLM at BPP.
Prior to joining LegalVision, Safeer worked as a paralegal in the Global Transactions team of a Magic Circle law firm. He gained significant experience in M&A by assisting with due diligence, verifications and other corporate solutions. Safeer went on to build a niche expertise by joining and later leading the Financial Services/Regulatory paralegal team. He was responsible for working on several high-profile mandates, including managing complex advisory and transactional workstreams, drafting change in control applications, coordinating local counsel and directly reporting to the firm’s leading partners in London and major international clients.
In his spare time, Safeer is a film buff and enjoys playing badminton, cricket and attending boxing events around the world.
