Anthony is LegalVision’s Head of Legal. He enjoys using his varied experience to help SME and corporate clients find commercially practical legal solutions.
He has over 10 years of experience as a general commercial lawyer, having worked in private practice for a reputable boutique law firm and as in-house legal counsel.
Anthony has extensive experience advising on the sale and purchase of businesses, shareholder agreements, business structuring and corporate compliance. He also has experience advising on various commercial agreements, such as manufacturing, service, distribution and technology-related contracts.
In his spare time, Anthony enjoys music and keeping fit.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Commerce, University of Sydney.
