Saeidul is the Practice Leader in LegalVision’s UK Employment and Health and Safety team, specialising in contentious and non-contentious employment law, workplace safety and data protection (including data subject access requests).

With deep experience spanning the entire employment lifecycle, Saeidul is known for his ability to cut to the heart of issues and resolve complex disputes swiftly on commercially favourable terms. At LegalVision, Saeidul has assisted business owners on a wide range of matters, including employment tribunal claims, large-scale redundancies, employment status misclassification, TUPE, risk assessments and high-stakes dismissals.
