Rob is Practice Group Leader at LegalVision UK and was integral to the launch of LegalVision’s UK office. Rob specialises in commercial contracts (including software and IT contracts), data & privacy, and construction & infrastructure.

Rob is an experienced negotiator of commercial contracts, and has a breadth of experience acting for both suppliers and customers. His commercial pragmatism allows him to quickly understand his client’s business drivers and their risk appetite.

At LegalVision, Rob has assisted numerous national and multinational companies and not for profits on a wide range of construction projects, including office fit-outs, refurbishment of crisis accommodation and the supply and installation of large medical equipment / devices in hospital theatres.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Arts, University of New South Wales.

Professional memberships: Law Society of New South Wales, The Law Society (UK).
