Paula is a Practice Leader and focuses on commercial, employment and media disputes.
Paula is an experienced litigator and employment lawyer and deals with disputes including breach of contract, copyright and trade mark infringement, breach of confidentiality, shareholder and director disputes, unfair dismissal, discrimination and enforcement of restrictive covenants. Paula also advises on non-contentious employment matters, such as employment and consultancy agreements, disciplinary and grievance procedures, redundancies, HR policies and settlements.
Paula has a commercial and strategic approach to solving disagreements and works closely with clients on complicated issues, leading her to become a trusted advisor to a wide range of clients. She has worked with startups and scale-ups, SMEs, high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, senior executives, retail chains, law firms, financial institutions, charities and media organisations.
Outside of work, Paula enjoys combining travel with challenging outdoor activities, such as hiking, skiing, canyoning and zip lining.
