Neale is a Senior Associate in LegalVision UK’s intellectual property team, with particular expertise in trade marks and copyright-related disputes. He has acted for clients across a broad range of sectors, but is especially well-known in the entertainment and consumer technology industries.
Neale specialises in resolving disputes, especially those to do with brand exploitation, and boasts over ten years of legal experience working with top law firms from Africa, Australasia, the USA, Europe and the UK. He is admitted in both England and Wales and South Africa and has spent time working from Cape Town and London before making the move to Manchester.
Neale’s passion has always been making intellectual property protection more accessible. To that end, he is a regular contributor to World Trademark Review, the Trademark Lawyer Magazine and Lexology, amongst others, attempting to make more complex IP decisions a bit easier to understand.
In his spare time, Neale enjoys live music, having a few pints and defending Manchester United from supporters of more successful football teams.
