Laura is an Associate in LegalVision’s Commercial Enterprise team. She advises businesses on a broad range of commercial matters, with a focus on commercial contracting.
She drafts, reviews and negotiates a wide range of commercial agreements, including services, supply, SaaS, software licensing and procurement. Laura also assists clients in identifying and managing legal and commercial risks, navigating contractual obligations and negotiating practical solutions that support their commercial objectives.
Prior to joining LegalVision, Laura trained for three years at a Tier 1 ranked Irish commercial law firm, where she gained experience advising domestic and international corporations, lenders, investment banks and private equity providers. Her experience includes significant involvement in acquisitions, financing arrangements and restructurings, as well as employment matters, regulatory work and investment fund transactions. This broad transactional experience enables Laura to approach commercial matters with a strong understanding of the legal, commercial and operational considerations facing businesses.
Laura’s experience working in private practice has given her a strong understanding of the commercial challenges businesses face. This enables her to provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice and deliver practical solutions tailored to each client’s objectives.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Laws (Hons), University of Limerick (Ireland).
