Deborah has helped clients reach optimum outcomes by giving practical legal advice on day-to-day HR and people management, settlement agreements, social media, employment contracts, complex grievances, severance, data protection, recruitment, positive discrimination and, more recently, in relation to COVID-19 and, the workplace.
