Alexandra is the Head of Legal at LegalVision UK. She manages and oversees the performance of LegalVision UK’s team of lawyers, while maintaining our client-centric and quality-driven approach.
As a Lawyer qualified in both New Zealand and Australia, Alexandra has extensive legal experience, including at top-tier law firms in New Zealand and Australia and in-house. Alexandra’s expertise is in commercial health, privacy and consumer law, as well as regulatory compliance. She provides commercial and regulatory advice to in-house legal teams across a range of sectors.
Alexandra also has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating general commercial agreements for enterprise clients, including Supply Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Distribution Agreements, Manufacturing Agreements, Collaboration Agreements and Licensing Agreements.
In 2025, Alexandra was recognised as Executive of the Year at the Women in Law Awards.
In her spare time, Alexandra enjoys playing or watching sport, particularly tennis.
