Grace Beecher

Grace is a Trainee Solicitor in LegalVision’s Corporate & Commercial team. She supports growing businesses with the corporate and commercial agreements and governance that underpin how they operate, guiding them from initial instruction through to completion.

She regularly advises on and drafts shareholder agreements, articles of association, cross option agreements and share buy-back agreements, helping founders and shareholders set clear expectations, protect their interests and manage internal relationships with confidence. Day-to-day, she supports clients with their corporate governance needs, preparing board and shareholder resolutions, minutes and statutory registers so that their corporate records are accurate, compliant and ready for scrutiny in future funding, sale or due diligence processes.

Grace takes a well-rounded approach to supporting business clients, drawing on her commercial knowledge to address the wider legal needs that affect how they operate and grow. This includes drafting privacy notices and terms and conditions that reflect how each business trades and handles customer data, helping clients meet their legal obligations and build trust with their customers.

She takes a practical, solutions-focused approach, tailoring her advice to each client’s circumstances and commercial objectives. Her experience working with growing businesses gives her a clear understanding of what matters to them, from keeping momentum to managing risk, so her advice is pragmatic and easy to act on. She communicates clearly, keeps clients informed at every stage, and is committed to an exceptional client experience, helping clients make confident decisions and achieve their goals.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Laws (Hons), Master of English Literature, Newcastle University.
