Nilufaer Dilixiati | Trainee Solicitor | Meet The Team

Nilufaer is a Trainee Solicitor in LegalVision’s Employment team and assists with a broad range of employment matters to ensure clients stay compliant.

She graduated from the University of Leeds with a Master of Laws (LLM) in 2022. Before joining LegalVision, she worked as an In-House Paralegal, where she gained experience in drafting and reviewing employment contracts, translating complex sustainability frameworks into clear and practical guidance for clients, and managing client relationships to support client success.

Nilufaer’s in-house experience in contract review, regulatory analysis and client relationship management has given her a strong understanding of clients’ needs and a commercial focus, enabling her to provide comprehensive advice tailored to clients’ business objectives.

Qualifications: Master of Laws (LLM), University of Leeds.
