Georgina is a Practice Leader in LegalVision’s UK Corporate Immigration team, with particular expertise in UK Corporate Immigration Law. She has nearly 8 years’ experience practising as an immigration lawyer, advising businesses and individuals on their UK immigration needs.

Georgina specialises in Corporate Immigration Law, helping employers apply for and manage their sponsor licences, prepare for Home Office compliance audits, and meet their ongoing sponsor duties under the UK’s points-based immigration system. She has helped many businesses sponsor overseas workers, carry out right-to-work checks, and stay compliant with Home Office rules.

Georgina also advises businesses on wider workforce immigration matters, including Skilled Worker visas, Global Business Mobility visas, and the immigration issues that come up during restructures, mergers, and acquisitions. She works closely with HR teams to put simple, practical compliance processes in place.

Alongside her corporate work, Georgina also advises individuals on personal immigration matters, including visa applications, settlement, and British citizenship.

Georgina is known for her clear, straightforward communication style, helping clients understand what can be a complicated process.

In her spare time, Georgina enjoys travelling, running, and cooking.
