Ryan is a Client Success Manager at LegalVision, where he partners with businesses to help them maximise the value of their membership. He focuses on building trusted relationships, understanding each client’s goals and ensuring they receive proactive, tailored support throughout their journey.

Ryan brings a diverse background across client success, operations and leadership, with experience spanning the legal, health, fitness and education sectors. His career has been built around creating exceptional customer experiences, solving problems collaboratively and helping clients achieve long-term success.

Known for his approachable and people-first style, Ryan enjoys simplifying complex processes and building genuine partnerships with the businesses he supports. Outside of work, he is passionate about endurance sport, trail running and community fitness, having coached across Manchester and taken on events including marathons and an Ironman.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Arts, Liverpool Hope University.
