Yin is a Practice Group Leader at LegalVision and specialises in Corporate Immigration. She leads the Corporate Immigration Practices across Australia, NZ and UK.
She is LegalVision’s first point of contact for businesses looking to sponsor foreign skilled workers to Australia. She advises startups, SMEs and international corporations across various industry sectors, including health and medical, resources, construction, technology, manufacturing, professional services, hospitality and life sciences.
Her expertise is in employer sponsorship compliance, ABF audits & investigations, employer-sponsored work visas, labour agreements, DAMAs, PALM scheme, highly specialist skilled visas, training visas, and national innovation visas. She is also experienced in merits and judicial review in relation to refused and cancelled visas. Further, Yin assists private clients with partner and family migration.
Before joining LegalVision, Yin was a lawyer at a national law firm, Lander & Rogers. She later transitioned into a legal consultancy role where she advised corporations, law firms and government entities on their recruitment and human capital strategies.
In her spare time, Yin enjoys travelling and spending time with her family and two chihuahuas.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Laws, Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, Bachelor of Arts, University of Technology Sydney.
