Callum is a Senior Associate with expertise in Commercial, Construction and Privacy Law. He has 4 years’ experience practising as a lawyer at top law firms in New Zealand and the UK. He is qualified in New Zealand.

Callum specialises in Commercial and Construction Law, assisting with drafting and advising on a variety of commercial contracts, ranging from SaaS Agreements to Manufacturing and Supply Contracts, through to long-form construction contracts (including JCT Contracts).

In addition to Commercial and Construction Law, Callum also specialises in Privacy Law, providing advise on the GDPR and data protection legislation to clients.

Callum uses his experience working on large, complex transactions to provide various stakeholders (ranging from startups and SMEs through to international businesses) with high-quality, pragmatic and commercial legal advice.

In his spare time, Callum enjoys all things sport (both playing and watching).

Qualifications: Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Commerce, University of Canterbury.
