Alexandra is the Head of Legal (UK). In this role, she manages and oversees the performance of LegalVision UK’s team of lawyers, who provide innovative, high-quality and commercially astute legal services under the membership model.

She advises across Commercial Contracts and regulatory compliance, supporting clients in relation to commercial health, privacy and consumer law. Alexandra provides commercial and regulatory advice to in-house legal teams.

Alexandra regularly advises clients across the healthcare and not-for-profit sectors, including: setting up a telehealth provider’s online business, drafting its full framework documentation (terms, third-party agreements and privacy documentation) and ensuring regulatory compliance; updating a global medical device company’s template suite to ensure compliance with local laws; project managing a not-for-profit’s tender response and negotiation for a community social housing development; and securing adoption accreditation for a large not-for-profit.

She also regularly supports in-house legal teams with complex commercial contract negotiations, bringing a commercial, practical approach that keeps her advice grounded in the client’s business objectives.

Alexandra is a Registered Foreign Lawyer, dual-qualified in New Zealand and Australia, with a background at top-tier firms in both jurisdictions. That experience, combined with time spent working closely alongside in-house legal teams across a range of industries, has given her an in-depth and practical understanding of how legal risk plays out inside a business, not just on paper. She translates legal advice into commercial terms, helping clients weigh risk against business objectives and manage internal stakeholders with confidence.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Laws, Master of Laws (LLM), Bachelor of Science (Psychology Major), University of Melbourne.

Professional Memberships: Law Society of New South Wales, New Zealand Law Society, Law Society of England and Wales.
