Cara is a Client Success Manager with over 10 years of experience building strong, lasting client relationships. Working in the legal services sector, she is passionate about delivering an exceptional, seamless and supportive client experience.

Specialising in client success and relationship management, Cara works closely with individuals and businesses to understand their needs and provide a consistent, personalised service. She believes clear communication, trust and a genuine human approach are key to helping clients feel confident and supported throughout their journey.

Previously an Account Manager, she brings strong commercial awareness and a proactive mindset to her role, anticipating needs, resolving challenges efficiently and fostering long-term relationships built on reliability and care.

Outside of work, Cara enjoys weight training and long walks in nature with friends. She is also the proud owner of two cats: Blue, a blue point Ragdoll, and Skye, a silver mackerel British Shorthair.
