Vicky Wright is the Talent and People Operations Manager at LegalVision, where she is passionate about building great teams and creating a workplace where people thrive. Her role covers the full employee journey, from finding and recruiting talented individuals who’ll be a great fit for the firm, through to making sure their first days are welcoming and well-organised.

Day to day, Vicky handles recruitment needs, manages HR matters, and works on both onboarding new starters and supporting smooth transitions when team members move on. She loves the variety her role brings: one moment she’s interviewing candidates, the next she’s working with leadership on people strategy or helping solve an HR challenge.

What drives Vicky is knowing that the work she does directly impacts the team’s experience and, ultimately, the quality of service LegalVision provides to its clients. She is committed to making LegalVision a great place to work.
