For instance, you can also have a tender offer. This works when you have a company that is traded on public markets. It is where the buying company gets control of the target by acquiring shares held by public shareholders.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Similarly, you can also have a management acquisition (sometimes called a management-led buyout).
