However, mediation is not a method for deciding who is correct or in the wrong. They do not side with either party but instead facilitate a discussion between the parties to the dispute to aid them in finding an agreement. There is no set format for mediation, so it is up to the parties involved.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Why Choose Mediation in the Workplace?<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mediation has benefits that can be useful in the workplace to resolve disputes. If an agreement is not the end result of the mediation, what has been discussed cannot be used in any future action.
