For example, to provide the design of an eCommerce brand\u2019s website. The service provider may be a legal business such as a limited company or a self-employed contractor. The contract for services details the business relationship between the two parties to the agreement. A contract for services must be clear to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>make sure both parties know what to expect of each other;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ensure clarity on the rights and responsibilities of each party;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reduce the chance of a conflict or dispute; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>achieve professionalism.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Contract for Services Key Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you need to use a contract for services or a service agreement for your eCommerce brand, you need to know the key terms you should include in it. Below we explain four key terms to include in a contract for services for your online brand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Parties to the Contract<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A key term to include in a contract for services for your eCommerce services agreement is the details of who the parties are to the agreement. This will be you as either the service provider or business customer and the other party as the other role. Details of the parties in a service agreement should include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>full names;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>addresses; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>contact details.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to providing the details of the parties in the contract for services, it is crucial to include the obligations of each and their overall role in the agreement. If you have this at the outset, both parties should be clear on what each expects of them and how they provide the service to the other.
