Legitimate Interests<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The processing is necessary for your legitimate interests or the legitimate interests of a third party unless there is a good reason to protect the individual\u2019s personal data, which overrides those legitimate interests.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It will be up to the mobile app provider to consider the appropriate lawful basis to process personal data.
