However, <a href=\"https:\/\/legalvision.co.uk\/employment\/express-implied-terms\/\">where it is in writing and stated that it is legally binding<\/a>, it will be. Also, if you incorporate the collective employment agreement into your employee\u2019s contracts, it may be binding between you or your employer\u2019s association and your employees.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"box box--icon box--info\">\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Your employees\u2019 employment contracts must state a collective employment agreement is in place where there is one.
