Predominately, you should be aware of your health and safety concerns obligations. Your duty as an employer is to ensure that your staff are healthy and safe as far as is reasonably practicable. You owe this responsibility to individuals engaging with your business for work experience.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Additionally, as work experience placements usually involve those under 18 years of age, there are further considerations you should take into account.
