Conditions Precedent <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In the context of a business sale or acquisition<\/a>, the conditions precedent are one or more terms in the purchase agreement that you must meet for another portion of the contract to come into effect. In an ideal world, you would take ownership once a final agreement is reached.
